Everyone in the office was helpful. My car took a few minutes to be cleaned but once I got it, it was clean and ready to go. The online reservation process was easy.
I rented a vehicle from this location. I arrived at 10:15 am for my reserved car and the car wasn't ready. I had to wait for my car to arrive, so at 10:53 am I finally received a vehicle. Then, I was suppose to turn the car back in on Saturday 10-14-17 and I did. I arrived at 8:55 am to learn that they opened at 9 am, so I put the keys in the drop box. The manager Stephanie did not check the car in for a whole day and a half later. The car was perfectly fine when I dropped it off, but by the time that they checked it in someone had hit the car. So on 10-15-17, Stephanie called me at 2 pm to tell me that she just checked in the car and someone had hit it. I explained to her that I turned in the car a whole day and a half early and it wasn't hit/damaged. I asked why did it take so long to check it in and only got that they just checked it in today. She charged me for the damages for my deductible and my insurance for a car that apparently was hit after I turned in the keys to their place of business. I asked her to send me a pic of the damages and never received them. I finally got a copy of my receipt via email on 10-18-17 2:58 pm. She charged my car the deductible and filed it again my insurance.

I am a frequent renter with Enterprise and I always use the Sugar Hill location. The men and women at the store are always kind and courteous. No request is too big or small. They go out of their way to meet and/or exceed my expectations. .
