The store is always clean and very well kept, the customer service is excellent. I have never been to a Publix where someone did not ask if I needed any help finding something. It's a pleasure to do business with them
Great selection, friendly employees. Only incident worth mentioning is that one employee, when asked where I might find honey, took 3 wild guesses and sent me on my way, alone, to find it, which is unusual for Publix employees.
The only suggestion I would recommend as during the lunch rush I would have more people working in the deli 10 to 15 minutes to have a sub made is a little extreme
I love this Publix and Publix in general. Keeps to the mould and everyone is wonderful, friendly and professional with great customer service. Beats Kroger any day of the week! I will spend the extra money to support this store, their produce and meat department is great.
I would say every single time yes every time I come into the deli for something it takes forever. There is never a quick trip to the deli in this place. There's always fewer people staffing the deli than I believe there should be. And they always move like they need to get the molasses out of you-know-where. It's not a government office people. It's a customer service-based business. People don't want to wait half an hour for you to make a Philly cheese steak. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to one of you guys make the best. It'll be awhile before I visit this particular location again. Everytime I think I'm going to give them a chance again they just blow it once more. I hope management takes heed to this.
